Instructions
In a mixture jar, add soaked sliced/whole almonds, roasted chana dal, sliced ginger, green chillies, lemon peels, mint, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt, and water.
Blend to smooth paste, add water as required.
Almond chutney is ready to be served. Serve it with idli, dosa, vada, pongal, upma, etc.
