Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Sliced/Whole Almonds [Soaked]
  • 3 Tbsp Roasted Chana Dal
  • 1 Tbsp Sliced Ginger
  • 4 Small Green Chillies
  • Few Lemon Peels
  • 1 Tbsp Mint
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In a mixture jar, add soaked sliced/whole almonds, roasted chana dal, sliced ginger, green chillies, lemon peels, mint, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt, and water.
  • Blend to smooth paste, add water as required.
  • Almond chutney is ready to be served. Serve it with idli, dosa, vada, pongal, upma, etc.
