Sweet Corn Cheese Sandwich

Sweet Corn Cheese Sandwich Recipe is an easy, healthy, and tasty recipe for breakfast and snacks. It is prepared mainly with pre-boiled sweet corn kernels, grated cheese, some veggies, and spices for stuffing. It is a quick and healthy sandwich recipe for kids. I have used grated paneer for my recipe.
To make these sandwiches, I have also used a sandwich maker in my video. You can just use a tawa on the stovetop.
Sweet Corn Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fresh sweet corn-kernel
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum(Bell Pepper)
- 3 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Grated Cheese(Paneer)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 4 Bread slices
- 1-2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 – 2 Tbsp Mint Chutney
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add boiled sweet corn-kernel, Chopped Bell Pepper, Chopped Onion, Grated Cheese, Salt, Black Pepper, and Crushed Red Pepper. Mix all the above ingredients and set them aside.
- First, take 2 bread slices(any bread of your choice) and thinly apply butter on top. Flip the bread slices and evenly spread mint chutney.
- Then, spread the required amount of the prepared stuffing on both the bread slices.
- Next, take 2 more bread slices and thinly apply mint chutney on one side of both slices, flip and place on top of stuffed bread slices.
- Lastly, apply a thin layer of butter on top and grill using a sandwich maker or tawa.
- Golden and Crunchy sandwiches are ready to serve with ketchup.
