Mint Chutney or Pudina Chutney is a healthy and delicious dipping sauce or condiment used with many Indian chaats, sandwiches, salads, and more. This recipe is super easy and can be prepared in minutes. It can be refrigerated for up to a week and can be kept frozen for 3 to 4 months.

Ingredients
- 1 Bread Slice
- 3 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Sliced Ginger
- 5 Green Chillies
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 1/2 Cup Mint(Pudina) Leaves
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Add the above ingredients into a blender jar and blend to a fine paste.
- Serve with chaats, appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and many more.
- It can be refrigerated for up to a week and can be kept frozen for 3 to 4 months.
