Roasted Chana Dal Powder
This simple and easy recipe is prepared using very few ingredients and tastes great with rice, roti, idli, dosa, upma, and many other dishes. I am going to share with you all this healthy, and tasty recipe.
Roasted Chana Dal Powder Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Roasted Chana Dal
- 8 – 10 Dry Roasted Curry Leaves
- 1 ½ Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 Tsp Sugar or Jaggery
Instructions
- Blend all the above ingredients to a fine powder and store it in an airtight container. This can be stored for up to 3 months. Serve with rice, roti, idli, dosa, upma, sandwiches, and many more.
