Home-Made Ghee

Home-Made Ghee

Ghee is a traditional Indian food made with cultured butter. When butter is melted and boiled, the milk solids settle down to the bottom and give pure golden and nutty flavor ghee. Ghee is used with many indian dishes, sweet recipes, as a cooking oil, roasting vegetables, baking, and more. It tastes amazing when infused with garlic, methi seeds, turmeric powder, betel leaves, or curry leaves.
